Referral Program Process

Submit Referral Form prior to your referral having any contact with Batterbee Roofing, Inc. - WE’LL REACH OUT TO THEM
A Premier representative will contact your referral and make arrangements to inspect their roof. They are under no obligation and there is no charge for the inspection. - RECEIVE YOUR REWARD
Once their roof is built by Batterbee Roofing, Inc and they have signed their Certificate of Completion then you will receive the reward for the level you have achieved.

About the Program
The Batterbee Roofing Referral Program is designed to thank you for referring Batterbee Roofing to your friends, families, neighbors and co-workers. You do not have to be a customer of ours to participate in the Referral Program. The only thing we require is that you fill out our online form prior to your referral’s scheduled estimate appointment. Please note, while we appreciate receiving your referrals via telephone or in person, we will still require the referral form be completed.
*To qualify to become a “Program Member” you must provide “Qualified Referrals” to Batterbee Roofng Inc. A “Qualified Referral” must meet the following conditions to apply:
- You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
- Referrals must have a purchase over $5,000 roof replacement. Referrals must all make purchases within 12 months of the first referral, after which point the program will reset.
- Referrals must be made through the Submit Referral Form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Batterbee Roofing, Inc
- Participants will be rewarded 2 weeks after the 12 month period is up to allow for processing.
- To participate in this program, entrants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. Batterbee Roofing, Inc will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail; printing errors; server unavailability; or any other electronic or telecommunication malfunctions.
