I cannot say enough wonderful words for this company and their employees. From start to finish they were on top of every step and kept me inform throughout the job. Chris, Charles, Jason, Mackenzie, Michelle, Crystal, Manny and crew were all professional and friendly!! Thank you all for being there for us! We love our new roof..... our house looks for fresh and new again.
Excellent Service
We first met with Anthony Bax because we needed an insurance inspection. We discussed the roof condition and he provided a presentation of the company, their services and that they are a Platinum service company with Owens Corning and what that designation entails. We decided to have them do a replacement, which was done once all of the materials were in stock. The job took 1.5 days and required them to work on Saturday to finish. The crew were respectful, conscientious and very efficient. The crew supervisor, Kyle made sure he informed us of all changes and status of the project. On Friday evening, one of the crew who was cleaning up let me know when they were done and left the project in good shape to ensure the roof was okay overnight. On Saturday they installed the shingles, skylight and all vent covers. Kyle and I did a walk through and the roof is beautiful. Once they finished cleaning up the site, it was like they were never here! Excellent service from the salesman, support staff in the office and the crew. Great experience and we highly recommend Batterbee Roofing!

First off I would like to thank Batterbee Roofing for the great customer service they provided from the get-go. I had the opportunity to speak to Mackenzie, Michelle, Crystal, Rhett, Jason, and Manny over the course of three months while waiting for shingles to replaced my roof. I totally understand that with Covid it was impossible to allocate shingles. Never the less Batterbeeroofing and the entire team make it possible from start to finish with a smooth transition and painless. From day one I LOVE the overall setup with the nets that covered the entire perimeter of my landscape throughout the process. I also appreciate the entire Batterbee crew for an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend Batterbee Roofing to my friends and family.

After that, the first company rep arrived on time, was very professional, explained things until we had no questions remaining. Then, the company kept in touch with us frequently by phone and text until the day the job arrived. It was satisfactorily completed in one day from a crew who were very pleasant doing their work. Wow! No one wants to go through a roof replacement but they quite honestly made it enjoyable. In our current state of lack of customer service Batterbee exceeds. Every step of the way we were informed, treated like we were important, and ended up with not only a great experience but an amazing roof, the best looking one in the neighborhood.
