I was extremely impressed with Batterbee Roofing. I wanted the best quality job and not necessary the cheapest. My salesperson Charles took the time to research the unique items of the job and confirming with the manufacturer how the warranty would be affected. He was the only salesperson I talked to that I felt really invested himself to researching my job. After signing a contract, the communication from the office was good. They kept me informed on the status of my job at regular intervals. Once the job started the job supervisor Ivan did an excellent job overseeing everything. They definitely came across a few surprises during the job, but they handled them with utmost professionalism. They never complained when they hit difficult areas or had to do extra work to fix something. Even if they needed to go get additional tools or materials, they just made it happen. This was really nice. I cannot tell you how many times I have had contractors complain that the job was not easy. Not these guys. During the job they did have one unfortunate thing happen that was an error on their part. However, when I informed them of the problem, they were quick to get it resolved to my satisfaction. Both Ivan and his supervisor did not make any excuses, they just did the right thing. I really appreciate that. Batterbee made the roof replacement process as good as I can expect it to be. I am incredibly happy I selected them and would recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement.

I had hail damage and Batterbee roofing was instrumental in helping me get it covered through my insurance, Charles Carson (salesman) and Jason Metzig (helped with Insurance issues) went above and beyond with their efforts to assist me with each step of my roofing project. They were here at each inspection, followed up promptly, and made the challenges I faced with my insurance company much easier. Once my insurance company (finally) approved my project, they were still there every step of the way. Chris Garcia was the project manager and he was also very professional, helpful and communicated regularly. He was here each day of my (2 day) project and made sure everything was done properly and made me feel very confident in the construction process and completion. The crew were very hard working and pleasant. Kudos also to the supporting office staff who regularly communicated with phone calls and emails so I could be updated as needed. I was so impressed with all aspects of my experience with Batterbee roofing. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new or replacement roof!
Excellent Job!
We have the seventh Batterbee roof on our block. After seeing Batterbee's excellent workmanship on our neighbors' roofs, we were convinced that we wanted a Batterbee roof. Batterbee did a wonderful job for us too! Everyone at Batterbee was professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. Manny made sure that everything was done properly, including a few special requests. And ask for Sam Robinson -- he was very patient and thorough in explaining the benefits and tradeoffs of the various roof materials available. Plus he recommended a shingle color that we love. We highly recommend Batterbee!

Our experience was excellent. Our first contact was Jason Metzig. He help with the paper and contacting other roofers to provide cost estimates. Chris Garcia supervised the onsite roofing operation. Outstanding Customer Service start to finish
Met with Jason Metzig (Insurance Claims), he explained in detail what he would do when he inspected our roof. His experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster and roof construction was instrumental in our Insurance company approving the roof replacement project. The team kept us informed on a weekly basis regarding material availability through Mackenzi Kassens and the project start date (Michele Brown). Our project manager was Manny Guiterez who was professional and informative, his crew was respectful to our property and our neighbors property and was well trained and lead by the team lead. I have already recommended Batterbee Roofing to a few of many neighbors who commented on the material quality, process and finished product. Overall, a job well done!

Sam Robinson sealed the deal for us! Kyle West and his crew arrived promptly to begin reproofing our home and the experience from start to finish was amazing! The crew are perfectionists and were so respectful of us and our property. Kyle was present from start to finish and answered any and all questions we had about the process. When the job was completed, the cleanup was meticulous and you would never have know they were there. What a great company to work with. Highly recommend Batterbee for any roofing needs.
