Great experience beginning with Sales Manager, Charles Carson. Charles was very professional and not hard sell. Production Assistant-Scheduling, Michele Brown kept us up-to-date on progress of roofing date and following up after roof installation was excellent. Chris Garcia was on time, reviewed what was going to be done and assured us that the roofing gang leader, Jose (?) was very good at roofing. Chris followed up after the project was done. Wonderful experience
I was Impressed from the sales person Sam Robinson to Travis Jones our project supervisor to the great crew who performed the actual roofing repair & the project supervisor Travis Jones. They were hard workers starting around 7 am each day & working till almost dark. Clean-up each day was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. The entire team exceeded my expectations!

Successful Project
Batterbee Roofing was selected from a list of ten (10) contractors. After checking with roofing manufacturers and suppliers and review a few installs, we selected Batterbee. The sales and installation process was professional and did keep the customer in mind. We had a few scheduling consideration where other contractors needed to be on site and this need was accommodated. We have a custom painted driveway and Batterbee took "care" to not damage the driveway or paths. The install crew was excellent. When I was in college, I did roofing work and I check the work as it proceeded and the cleanup afterwards. A good job by all involved.
