GREAT Job replacing my roof
It took a year with inspections and such BUT I finally got my defective shingled roof replaced by Batterbee Roofing and I could not be more pleased with the job! Jason Metzig was the initial person I dealt with, and continued ALL through the process. He was stellar! The Project Portal, they provide for each job, was such a help with communication and tracking. The office staff was also VERY helpful and answered any question. The job supervisor, Matt Woods was SUCH a nice and helpful guy, which made the two days the crew was on my roof so pleasant! He was in constant communication with me even calling me on his cell phone while up on my roof! He kept me in the "loop" during every aspect of the job. The team he had do my roof was the "Cano" team and they did a fabulous job on the roof and also the clean-up. THANK YOU to Batterbee Roofing for being such a bright star in the roofing business!
