I was very happy with the service and the courtesy of the sales staff. Each person I talked with as well and the roofers were helpful and considerate with notifying me of the date of installation so I could give the neighbors a heads up of their arrival. I am very satisfied with the new roof installed by Batterbee and also the crew that came to work. All my questions were answered, Supervisor asked me questions to confirm all was correct and I was happy.I loved the drone pictures.I was able to share with my family and friends and I even gave batteries information that saw my roof pictures on face book. My experience was 100% positive experience, starting with Sam Robinson who came to my house to give an estimate also with the crew with Project Manager Kyle West who supervised my new roof.
