New roof
This was a very good experience. My insurance company had refused to pay for the damage on my roof and Batterbee’s made this an easy process. I was scheduled for a Thursday and they called on Tuesday and asked if I was willing to have them come on Wednesday. They were here at 7:30 am. The team went right to work and never stopped until the roof was finished. I loved the fact that the shingles came in the day they worked on the house and did not have to be stored on my property. The cleaned up and were gone by 2 o’clock. This was an easy and pleasant experience. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

The process went exactly as advertised by Charles, the salesman. They protected everything, tore the old off, then delivered new shingles when they were ready to install and not before [some company's leave stuff on the roof for 2-3 days before their ready to install], installed and cleaned everything all in 1 1/2 days. All was done in day one with a portion of the second day for clean-up. Kyle was the Supervisor and Jose was the team leader. Very happy with the entire team and the entire job.

Outstanding Work and Service
I am so glad I chose Batterbee Roofing to put a new roof on our little house. From our first meeting at the house, I was given detailed, thorough information about my roof and every option that was available. The rep did an excellent job of explaining my choices and then he also showed the same info in a very quick, but informative video. He also went up on the roof and shot a video as he was walking over the roof and showed me up close the areas that were bad and how they would fix those areas when they put on the new roof. I was very glad I didn't have to climb a ladder and look at the room! I had all my questions answered and made a great choice!! The company came when they were scheduled, did the work as explained, cleaned up the area and was gone in a day! Since then they have checked with me on several occasions to see if all is still well with the roof! I appreciate the service they provided and the way they continue to touch base with a customer!

Batterbee roofing experience
From first contact to final review of the completed roof, Batterbee delivered on everything they had promised. Any questions were answered in a timely fashion and by a live person. The crew was well versed in what needed to be done and went about their work in an orderly and professional manner. The crew chief would check the progress several times daily and explained where they were in the process. No question ever went unanswered. Upon completion clean up was thorough and I was walked around the entire house to be sure I was satisfied. In all, every person I dealt with at Batterbee was professional, friendly and made sure any questions I had were answered. I would recommend Batterbee to anyone.
New Roof makes house look new
From start of the project till the final walk-around we felt part of the Batterbee Family. The products were well explained and were installed just as promised - very quickly but no shortcuts. Now our almost 20 year old home looks almost new.
Great Job
The crew were very professional and the crew foreman kept me informed when the shingle delivery had a mechanical problem. He let me know that he would be there early in the morning to get a jump on the installiation and would be completed on time.
