Batterbee review
Batterbee did a fine job installing my new roof. The supervisor Chris called the day before (Labor day holiday) to confirm my appointment and asked if I had any questions which he answered for me. The next morning the crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. to set up by laying tarps around the entire perimeter of my house (I live in a courtyard villa) and started work at 7:00 a.m. Chris met me out front and because of the weather forecast said that they were monitoring the weather and that should we need them, he had tarps to cover the exposed roof. It started raining while the crew was shingling so I called Chris and he assured me the underlayment was protecting attic and no water would seep in. It continued to rain and at 5:30 p.m., a soaked Jose, the crew lead, spoke with me at length reassuring me that no water was getting into my house, because he checked it personally, and that they would return the next morning to complete the job. The roof looks beautiful, the entire crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, and I would recommend Batterbee to anyone.
