Great experience beginning with Sales Manager, Charles Carson. Charles was very professional and not hard sell. Production Assistant-Scheduling, Michele Brown kept us up-to-date on progress of roofing date and following up after roof installation was excellent. Chris Garcia was on time, reviewed what was going to be done and assured us that the roofing gang leader, Jose (?) was very good at roofing. Chris followed up after the project was done. Great job Batterbee.
