Roofing experience
My experience with Batterbee Roofing was exceptional. They kept me up to date every 2 weeks as to the progress of receiving the materials. The salesman, Anthony, told me to expect anywhere from 1-4 months for material. It arrived in 2 months and they were here in 2 days starting on the roof. Stevie Estevez was the Supervisor of the job and the crew members were Jose and his crew. They were fabulous. Stevie kept me up to date with the progress several times a day. As the crew was taking off the old roof shingles, they found major damage to the roof itself. Stevie explained to me what they found and took pictures for me and documented the extra materials needed. He was very thorough with the job. Jose and his crew were very good also. They were at my home on time 6:45am. One day they had a 12 hour day and the next day they did not leave until dark (8:30pm) They put in long hours with the heat to get my roof done. They were considerate and very understanding about the damage they found. They took extra pictures for me to send to insurance company. Stevie took pictures of the progress of the job and the unsee

My experience with Batterbee has been nothing short of excellent. Anthony from Batterbee came out to examine our roof for leaks. He was thorough, honest and professional. Repair costs were very reasonable. Repairs were completed a few days later. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Batterbee. Highly recommend!
Don't bother with the rest...stick to Batterbee
From the first communication with Batterbee to the finished product, everything was done with integrity, honesty and great work! Charles to Josh, could not be happier. Charles brought a mock up of a roof to explain all the Owens Corning materials and how they'd be installed. Let me add this, I've had people say "yeah it looks good, but how do you REALLY know" I've got that answer! We had a roof inspection done 3 days later and the Contractor stated the job was "well done". Josh arrived in the AM as he said he would along with two crews as it was expected to rain that afternoon. That crew worked seemlessly and very hard, a well oiled machine. Josh was on the job for most of the install as well. Just as they finished (Friday) it started to pour. Josh said he would not take the money until Tuesday when we had a chance to walk around the entire property and for him to explain if we had any questions) He showed up on time Tues and we did the walk thru, only then did I write the check. Completely satisfied
Batterbee did a great job of replacing my 21-year old roof! From contract to clean-up. I was kept apprised of the progress every step of the way, and it was as painless as could be. I now have a thermostat showing the current attic temp, and it should significantly decrease my cooling costs and extend the roof’s life. The new roof looks beautiful! Not only is my home prettier, safer, and more environmentally responsible, but it will be quite a relief to go to the powder room and not find another pair of eyes peering up at me! (I like little froggies, but not in the toilet!) Batterbee employees are total pros, they use only top-quality materials, and they all go through special training to install it correctly. Their roofs are more expensive, but it costs more to buy the top-quality materials they use, and in this world, if you want the best quality, it never comes cheap. When bad storms come through, you’ll want a roof you and your loved ones can rely on. I recommend Batterbee wholeheartedly!
