Cannot be more pleased
Batterbees salesperson was Charles Carson who spent over an hour showing us how Batterbee operates, how they install the roof etc. He brought with him a 50 lb mock up of a roof so we could understand the "lingo". So helpful! He explained the pricing, delay in install that would occur due to slow materials delivery. Every week or so would receive an update. Roof install was scheduled, GREAT. The install with 8 crew started at 7:45 AM as storms were expected in the PM. Those 8 guys worked their butts off. Everything was neat, clean and installed. Our supervisor was Josh and can't say enough kudos for him. Installed new solar lights and repaired one. It is with pleasure and without hesitation I recommend Batterbee.

Couldn’t be better from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. Beautiful installation and cleanup. Except for the beautiful new roof, you wouldn’t know they were ever here. Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Sales presentation deserves an award
Charles' roof inspection, descriptions of the re-roof process, your product samples, videos and photos were exceptionally educational and expertly explained. We had no idea of what all it takes to re-roof -- and to do it correctly. We sure appreciated that there was no pressure, and that Charles did such a remarkable job explaining everything that we had very few questions. BTW, I ran off another company rep when in the first words out of his mouth included 'insurance claim' - before he even walked around and then inspected the roof. I had to drag info out of another company rep, and he provided just a very minimum of information, so eliminated them. Thanks to your company for the excellent training provided to your staff.
Excellent Job
Stevie, Joel and their team did an excellent job on our roof. They made sure to clean up all left over materials and also replaced the window screens for us. Batterbee office staff was also very professional and kept in contact weekly. We are satisfied with the job. Thanks again.
No room for improvement
John promised us a new roof by the end of April. VERY busy market here so we thought that might be a stretch. Came at 7, left before dinner. Couldn't tell they were here except my magically complete roof. Beautiful work. Extraordinary effort to protect landscape. Nobody does this. I've known this BBB A+ rated company for a long time, this is their reputation. Sam, John, and Josh were very attentive and made this all a pleasant experience. Wouldn't refer any other company.
Promises Made, Promises Kept.
Anthony Bax promised. Steve guided Freddie and the crew to fulfill the promise. That's what they did. Arrived when they said and were done before 4 pm. The clean-up was spotless. Our neighbor had a similar experience and their referral is the reason we called Batterbee.
Job well done
When your insurance company demands a new roof it is very frustrating! Batterbee was the company that installed the original roof, helped when we had a problem, we called to check the roof (when scammers were preying on our neighbors) and did a minor repair. Batterbee was the company we trusted to reroof the house. Sam and Rhett helped us. The office staff kept us up to date on the ordered materials. The roofers did a great job. The field supervisors (my husband met one at the beginning of the job and I worked with Manny the second day) made sure that we were informed about the process and progress. Our property was left in the same shape as it was when the job started. We strongly recommend Batterbee for any work on your roof!
Good Eye
5-star company with a 5-star product. The only company that said our pitch was too low for asphalt shingles after 4 others came by. Being a home inspector I recommend this company to clients and friends.
