I was extremely impressed with Batterbee Roofing. I wanted the best quality job and not necessary the cheapest. My salesperson Charles took the time to research the unique items of the job and confirming with the manufacturer how the warranty would be affected. He was the only salesperson I talked to that I felt really invested himself to researching my job. After signing a contract, the communication from the office was good. They kept me informed on the status of my job at regular intervals. Once the job started the job supervisor Ivan did an excellent job overseeing everything. They definitely came across a few surprises during the job, but they handled them with utmost professionalism. They never complained when they hit difficult areas or had to do extra work to fix something. Even if they needed to go get additional tools or materials, they just made it happen. This was really nice. I cannot tell you how many times I have had contractors complain that the job was not easy. Not these guys. During the job they did have one unfortunate thing happen that was an error on their part. However, when I informed them of the problem, they were quick to get it resolved to my satisfaction. Both Ivan and his supervisor did not make any excuses, they just did the right thing. I really appreciate that. Batterbee made the roof replacement process as good as I can expect it to be. I am incredibly happy I selected them and would recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement.
