Rhett was great and stayed in contact with me continuously on scheduling timeline. He was very courteous and available at all times to reach out to. Steve was the project supervisor and stayed in contact with me as well while the roof was being put on. He was very nice and explained everything in detail concerning the roof. He made sure the outside of house was secure and that no plants were being damaged. He answered all my questions concerning the roof details. Excellent communication with him. Fred was the team lead I believe and he seemed to have his team working perfectly and had a great attitude and answered a few questions I had as well. Excellent all around team from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Batterbeer company.

While searching for a roofing company that could satisfy my needs, I Came across Batterbee & I must say the entire experience was delightful. Out of all the companies, Batterbee is who my husband recommends to everyone & is who we now do business with!
Job well done
When your insurance company demands a new roof it is very frustrating! Batterbee was the company that installed the original roof, helped when we had a problem, we called to check the roof (when scammers were preying on our neighbors) and did a minor repair. Batterbee was the company we trusted to reroof the house. Sam and Rhett helped us. The office staff kept us up to date on the ordered materials. The roofers did a great job. The field supervisors (my husband met one at the beginning of the job and I worked with Manny the second day) made sure that we were informed about the process and progress. Our property was left in the same shape as it was when the job started. We strongly recommend Batterbee for any work on your roof!

Eric and his team came and did a beautiful, perfect, professional job, they made sure that all of my wood that is under the shingles was replaced and fixed, they made sure that everything we were promised was on the roof, this company really has it together, knowledgeable, professional, and well respected, my wife and I thank you guy's for a beautiful roof.
Roof Replacement
My wife and I had a great experience with Batterbee Roofing. The clearly explained the scope of work and the actual work was excellent. Emanuel was the project manager and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the completion of the project.
Excellent Roof Installation
I am very pleased with the excellent job Batterbee Roofing did with the removal and installation of our new roof. From start to finish everybody was professional and attentative to our situation. The presentation and subsequent communication of the installation process was very informative. Any questions I had were answered within a short period of time. One minor hiccup was the disposal of our satellite dish. In the future perhaps the homeowner be given the option of keeping vs. disposal. Otherwise everything went according to plan and I was very satisfied with the quality end product.
Why would I go anywhere else?
As a retired property manager, after 40+ years, I have worked with countless roofing contractors in Denver, Colorado. I have now lived in the Villages for four years and the roof on our house was original (over 18 years old). Lots of roofing companies have approached us to replace this roof. After talking with some less than impressive companies, we were fortunate and thrilled to work with Rhett from Batterbee. He showed me a video of the roof condition after he carefully inspected the roof. Rhett gave me a number of options for the roof replacement (shingle quality and roof detailing). While there was a delay in getting shingles due to our current economy, I received an email update every week regarding when the shingles were expected to be delivered! When the shingles arrived, I received numerous instructions to prepare for the replacement as well as phone calls from Stevie my reroof supervisor to set up a before and after inspection. Beto and his incredible crew did an amazing job - not one detail that I was not happy with! Cleanup was perfect and I could not be happier. Details, communications, follow through was all perfect. Any roof work I ever need will always be done by Batterbee.
