Outstanding Customer Service start to finish
Met with Jason Metzig (Insurance Claims), he explained in detail what he would do when he inspected our roof. His experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster and roof construction was instrumental in our Insurance company approving the roof replacement project. The team kept us informed on a weekly basis regarding material availability through Mackenzi Kassens and the project start date (Michele Brown). Our project manager was Manny Guiterez who was professional and informative, his crew was respectful to our property and our neighbors property and was well trained and lead by the team lead. I have already recommended Batterbee Roofing to a few of many neighbors who commented on the material quality, process and finished product. Overall, a job well done!
